Refund policy


We ensure that all products we sell are of the highest quality and tested frequently. In the rare event, your device has an issue, Vape Amigos will exchange defective items purchased within 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. These terms apply to all purchases made online. Excludes E-Liquid, drip tips and clearance items, as these products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged for any reason.

Herbal Vaporizers cannot be returned for any reason once they have been opened or used. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims. Products that are unused and still sealed in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by original receipt.

Should the products malfunction, or become defective outside of the 15-Day Warranty period, please contact us via our website and we will try our best to accommodate and troubleshoot the issue at hand.

All purchases of E-liquids, drip tips, and cartridges are final; we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items due to health concerns/reasons.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

If a product is defective or dead on arrival (DOA) it may be returned with the original receipt. We will inspect the product thoroughly and if it is found to indeed be defective, it will be replaced or refunded if unavailable. Products in accordance to the above terms above must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The 15 day period starts when the package is signed for and/or received if we shipped it to you. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
